Responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs
• Partner with stakeholders to identify learning needs and outcomes
• Develop learning materials and resources
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and iterate based on data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Requirements & Key Skills

• 3+ years of L&D or training experience
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles
• Clear communicator and collaborative partner
• Data-informed and learner-focused
