• Develop and manage L&D strategy and programs
• Lead and mentor L&D team members
• Partner with leaders to identify skill gaps
• Establish metrics to measure learning impact
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)

Requirements & Key Skills

• 5+ years of L&D experience
• Strong stakeholder and people leadership skills
• Experience measuring learning outcomes
