We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs that support employee skill development. This role partners with stakeholders to ensure training is relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions
- Adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Facilitate discussions, activities, and practice opportunities
- Gather learner feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
- Collaborate with learning designers and stakeholders to refine content
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Training or facilitation certifications preferred
Requirements & Key Skills
- 3+ years of corporate training or facilitation experience
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and manage groups of adult learners
- Clear communicator with a learner-focused mindset
