Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training programs and workshops
• Translate complex concepts into clear, accessible learning content
• Collaborate with SMEs, engineers, and product teams
• Develop job aids, guides, and reference materials
• Support learners during implementation and adoption

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience

Requirements & Key Skills

• Experience training technical or systems-based content
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies
• Comfortable facilitating both live and virtual training
