Founded by someone who spent 15 years inside education and L&D — and kept running into the same gap between great professionals and the organizations that needed them.
Ashley saw early that technology wasn't just a tool for delivering learning — it was a means of redesigning how learning happens entirely. That conviction drove every pivot of her career across education, government contracting, and corporate L&D, ultimately leading to directing learning experience design and technology at Strategic Education Inc.
She founded Teamed to pursue that mission beyond a single organization. Today she works closely with clients on their real hiring challenges — what skills to prioritize, how to blend employees with contractors, and how to build teams that scale. She holds an MEd in Curriculum and Instruction and a graduate certificate in Instructional Design and Technology.
