Role Overview
San Francisco Bay Area / Remote
We’re seeking a multifaceted professional who can bridge the worlds of design, education, and technology. This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of design education through the implementation and growth of the Vizcom EDU program.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to expand Vizcom EDU’s presence in educational institutions globally
- Manage relationships with schools, professors, and student ambassadors
- Plan and conduct demos, workshops, and training sessions for educators and students
- Create engaging content including tutorials, webinars, and educational materials
- Oversee the Vizcom EDU community, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with the product team to ensure Vizcom tools meet educational needs
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Vizcom EDU
- Track and report on program metrics, continuously improving based on feedback and data
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Education, or related field
- Experience in design education, edtech, or community management
- Strong understanding of design principles, tools, and workflows
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in creating educational content and managing online communities
- Proficiency in design software and ability to quickly learn new tools
- Event planning and project management experience
- Passion for design education and empowering future designers
Desired Skills
- Experience with educational program development or curriculum design
- Background in customer success or account management in the design/tech industry
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, especially in creative applications
- Experience with Discord or similar community platforms
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media management

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently while also collaborating effectively with various teams within Vizcom.
Compensation:
The base pay range targeted for this position is: $90,000 – $135,000. This role is eligible for equity.
The actual offer, including the compensation package, is determined based on multiple factors, including experience, location, and other business considerations. The overall package described in this post applies to W2, U.S. based employees- final package will be determined by local requirements and employment laws and accessibility.
