Rate: 40–40–50/hour (Contract, 15–25 hours/week)
Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)

Role Overview:
We’re seeking a Mid-Senior Learning Designer to collaborate with our team in creating high-impact, scalable learning experiences. You’ll apply instructional design principles, edtech tools, and creative storytelling to develop courses, microlearning modules, and assessments for diverse audiences (K-12, higher ed, or corporate).
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interactive eLearning content (storyboards, scripts, assessments) using tools like Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate, or similar.
Apply UX/UI principles to ensure intuitive, accessible, and engaging learner experiences.
Collaborate with SMEs, animators, and developers to align content with learning objectives.
Incorporate gamification, branching scenarios, and multimedia (video, simulations) to boost engagement.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data analytics.
Ensure alignment with SCORM, xAPI, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Qualifications:
5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or EdTech content creation.
Portfolio showcasing eLearning projects (include samples of interactive modules, gamified learning, or adaptive content).
Proficiency with authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora) and LMS platforms.
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, UDL, and assessment design.
Experience working in Agile/remote teams (preferred).
Background in K-12, higher ed, or corporate L&D is a plus.
