We are seeking a Corporate Trainer to design and deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs that support employee skill development. This role partners with stakeholders to ensure training is relevant, engaging, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions
• Adapt training content to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Facilitate discussions, activities, and practice opportunities
• Gather learner feedback and evaluate training effectiveness
• Collaborate with learning designers and stakeholders to refine content

Education & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Training or facilitation certifications preferred

Requirements & Key Skills

• 3+ years of corporate training or facilitation experience
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Ability to engage and manage groups of adult learners
• Clear communicator with a learner-focused mindset
